I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and always available. The breakfast was spot on and delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were great.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices. The attention to detail is impressive, with well-vacuumed carpets and dust-free furniture. The location, although on a very busy dual carriageway, is still convenient. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are satisfactory. The rooms, with views over the water mill, are clean and come with good basic facilities. Additionally, having breakfast included is a bonus, even though some dishes like the pre-buttered toast and runny scrambled eggs were subpar.
One aspect that could be improved is the breakfast.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas getaway. It was within walking distance of the train station and local shops, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the breakfast options were varied and delicious, offering a satisfying start to our days.
There were a few aspects of our stay that could have been better. the room we stayed in was uncomfortably hot, despite our efforts to regulate the temperature.

We enjoyed our stay at a hotel located in a great spot, within walking distance of Paisley town centre and right next to the cathedral. The room we stayed in was comfortable, with excellent bedding and a spacious bathroom. The staff at reception were exceptional, providing us with excellent service. Although we didn't have breakfast, we heard it was good quality with a variety of options. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar, offering tasty and reasonably priced food. We appreciated being able to park on site, some of which was free.
The decor in the hotel is a bit tired and could use an update.

Charming historic building with a picturesque river view. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. The location is convenient for exploring the city. The hotel has potential with a little renovation. I would recommend this hotel.
